Hi, I’m Cindy Loose, founder and owner of Visions In Progress (V.I.P.) Marketing, LLC in Saratoga, Wyoming. For more than 30 years, I’ve been helping communities and small businesses tell their stories, attract visitors, and create the kind of experiences that make people want to come back again and again.

I wear a few different hats:
  • Destination Development Consultant – I work alongside Wyoming towns and regional partners to define who they are, strengthen their sense of place, and build long-term strategies that grow tourism and support community vitality.
  • Marketing Professional & Designer – I create innovative websites, visitor guides, maps, and campaigns designed to connect businesses with travelers in authentic, memorable ways.
  • Publisher – I publish VIP’s Guide to Southern Wyoming (https://www.goin2wyo.com/), an annual visitor guide that highlights the best of our region and gives local businesses a powerful platform to reach their customers. I’m currently booking advertisers for the 2026 issue.
