When I launched Visions In Progress (V.I.P.) Marketing, LLC in 1997, I believed small businesses could attract more visitors and grow if they had the right tools and marketing. At the time, I focused on creating print, TV, and radio campaigns that gave local businesses a stronger voice in Wyoming’s tourism economy. As technology evolved, I expanded into websites, social media campaigns, and digital tools — always with the same goal: helping communities and businesses reach more visitors with effective, authentic marketing.

That vision also led me to create something unique. After moving to Saratoga in 1997, I discovered how difficult it was to find clear directions to hiking trails and outdoor opportunities. Forest Service and BLM maps were cluttered and confusing, so I designed my own — a map that clearly shows what roads lead to trails, rivers, and recreation sites. That map became the foundation of the VIP’s Guide to Southern Wyoming, which today is trusted by travelers and advertisers alike.

Over the years, my work has grown beyond the VIP's Guide. I’ve helped communities build brands, designed brochures and websites for local organizations, and led destination development projects that shape the future of Wyoming tourism. And looking ahead, I’m exploring a traveler-focused web app — new ways to showcase the beauty and stories of Southern Wyoming for the next generation of visitors.

At the heart of it all, I’ve stayed true to the belief I had when I started: with the right marketing and strategy, small businesses and communities can grow, thrive, and share what makes them truly special.
